You buy a pack of check-ins. One check-in is one foreign guest filed to indianfrro.gov.in. There is no monthly fee, no minimum and no contract — when a pack runs out you buy another, or you don't.

Packs

Prices include GST. The rate shown is what the checkout charges — nothing is added at payment. You'll get a GST invoice by email for every purchase.

What you get for a check-in

• A link or QR code your guest fills in on their own phone, in English, French, German or Japanese.
• Their passport, visa and photo, uploaded by them and stored encrypted.
• One-click filing to the FRRO portal from our Chrome extension — every field, including the ones the portal makes you hunt for.
• The acknowledgement number recorded against the guest, so you can prove the filing later.

Try it before you pay

A new account gets 5 free check-ins. Those are real check-ins, really filed to the FRRO portal — not a sandbox. You'll know whether this works for your property before you spend anything, which is the only trial worth offering.

The things people ask next

• Do packs expire? No. Unused check-ins stay on your account indefinitely. There is nothing to cancel and nothing that lapses.
• What if I run out mid-season? Your guests are never blocked. At a zero balance the form still accepts the check-in and stores it locked — your team can't open it until you top up, and any top-up unlocks them automatically, oldest first.
• Is there a per-property fee? No. One balance covers every property on your account, and staff logins are included.
• Refunds? Packs are non-refundable — which is why they're priced low and never expire. The refund policy sets out the narrow cases where we'll still put it right.
