Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are between

These terms govern your use of C Form Plus ("the service", "we", "our"), operated from Goa, India. "You" means the accommodation provider that holds the account. By registering, buying a pack, or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. What the service does — and does not do

C Form Plus lets your foreign guests complete their own Form C details on a web form, and helps your staff transfer those details into the official FRRO portal at indianfrro.gov.in using our Chrome extension.

Reporting foreign guests is a legal obligation of the accommodation provider under section 8(1) of India's Immigration and Foreigners Act 2025 and rule 17 of the Immigration and Foreigners Rules 2025, which renamed Form C to Form III. Using our software does not transfer that obligation to us, and does not excuse a late, incorrect, or missing filing.

3. Your account

• You must give accurate registration details and verify your email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. Give each member of your staff their own login rather than sharing one — you can add and remove them yourself at any time. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One account may hold as many properties as you operate. You must not share an account with an unrelated business.
• You must be legally entitled to operate the accommodation you register.

4. Your responsibilities toward your guests

You decide to collect your guests' passport and visa details, and you are the party with the direct relationship to them. Accordingly you agree to:

• Use guest data only to meet your Form C obligation and your own lawful record-keeping.
• Keep each foreign guest's record for at least 12 months, as rule 17 of India's Immigration and Foreigners Rules 2025 requires. Deleting check-ins is entirely under your control and we never delete paid check-ins on a schedule, so if a record goes before that period is up, that is your decision.
• Tell guests, if asked, that their details are processed through C Form Plus.
• Not upload data about anyone who has not provided it for this purpose.
• Keep the check-in link and your dashboard access away from people who should not see guest data.

5. Submissions, balance, and locked check-ins

• Each completed guest check-in consumes one submission from your balance.
• Guests are never blocked. If your balance is empty when a guest checks in, we still accept their submission — but it is locked, and your staff cannot view or file it until you add credit.
• Adding credit automatically unlocks your oldest locked check-ins first.
• Locked check-ins are permanently deleted after 90 days, with a warning email 3 days beforehand. This can remove a record you are separately required to keep for 12 months — add submissions before the deadline to unlock it, then export a copy. See the Privacy Policy for why we delete unclaimed check-ins at all.
• Purchases are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Packs are non-refundable and never expire.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fabricated, or test guest data through a live check-in form.
• Attempt to access another property's data, or probe, scan, or overload the service.
• Automate submissions to the guest form other than by genuine guests checking in.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without our written agreement.
• Reverse-engineer the Chrome extension or use it against any site other than the FRRO portal.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section. Where we do, we will tell you why, and you keep access to your existing data unless the breach makes that unlawful.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may take it offline for maintenance, and we depend on third parties (hosting, email, payment, and the FRRO portal itself) whose outages are outside our control. The FRRO portal's own availability and behaviour are entirely outside our control, and changes it makes may temporarily affect the extension.

8. Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for fines, penalties, or enforcement action arising from Form C filings — those follow from your legal obligation as the accommodation provider, and from the accuracy of what your staff files. We are also not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost bookings, revenue, or reputation.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Suspension and closure

You may close your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what is deleted. We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. If we close your account without cause, we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and we will email registered properties about material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Goa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save that either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.
