Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What you are buying

C Form Plus sells submission packs: a fixed number of guest check-in submissions, bought up front at a per-submission price. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no billing period. You are charged once, at the moment of purchase, for the pack you selected.

• Packs never expire. Unused submissions stay on your account indefinitely. There is nothing to cancel and nothing that lapses.
• Submissions are consumed one at a time, as guests complete check-ins. Your remaining balance is always visible in your dashboard.

2. Refunds

We do not offer refunds on submission packs, whether used, partly used, or entirely unused. This applies to purchases made by card, UPI, netbanking, or bank transfer.

We price packs low and let them never expire precisely because they are sold on this basis. Since an unused pack keeps its value forever and can be used whenever you next host a foreign guest, there is no situation in which a purchase becomes worthless to you.

3. Cancellation

There is no recurring subscription to cancel. You may stop using the service at any time and close your account from your dashboard; closing an account does not generate a refund of any remaining balance.

A payment that fails, is declined, or is abandoned before completion is not a purchase — nothing is charged and no pack is issued. If your bank shows a pending amount for an attempt that did not complete, it is released by your bank, typically within 5 to 7 working days.

4. Where we will put it right

The policy above is about buyer's remorse, not about our mistakes. Contact us and we will correct any of the following at no cost to you:

• You were charged and the submissions were not added to your balance. Send us the payment reference and we will credit the pack.
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase. We will refund the duplicate.
• Submissions were consumed because of a fault on our side — for example a failure in our software that recorded a check-in twice. We will restore them.

Where a refund is genuinely due under this section, it is returned to the original payment method and typically reaches you within 5 to 7 working days once approved.

5. Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on the purchase page, and the amount displayed at checkout is the amount you are charged. If tax becomes applicable to your purchase, it will be shown before you pay rather than added afterwards.

6. Questions before you buy
