Open indianfrro.gov.in and sign in as you always do. Your FRRO login stays yours, and we never ask for it. Pick the guest, click Fill, and the extension types the whole form and attaches the photo in seconds. The video at the top of this page is exactly this.
You don't have to wait for a booking to see it: every new account comes with a sample guest, so you can do this the day you sign up. Nothing about the sample is real and nothing gets filed.
Before you submit, the guest's passport scan sits right beside what they typed, so a mistyped passport number gets caught at your desk, not at the FRRO.

Guest records and uploaded documents sit on servers in Mumbai, encrypted at rest, backups included. Records of foreign guests stay where the law that requires them applies.
Passport and visa scans are only ever served to your own signed-in staff. Guest check-in pages are kept out of search engines, and there are no public links to anything a guest uploads.
Your FRRO portal login stays yours. We never ask for it and it exists nowhere in our system: the extension fills the form inside the session your own staff signed into.
