The Form C login page is at indianfrro.gov.in/frro/FormC — the Bureau of Immigration's portal for accommodation providers, headed "Online Form III" (the form's new official name; the portal itself still labels it C-Form in most places). You sign in with the User ID and password issued for your property, plus a captcha.
To be clear: this website is not the government portal. C Form Plus is independent software for accommodation providers and is not affiliated with the FRRO or the Bureau of Immigration. The government login is at the link above; it is free, and no third party can issue those credentials for you.
Three quite different things answer to "C Form", and the login pages are not interchangeable:
One more, from the portal's own notices: medical and Ayush visa cases have a separate portal — if that is your situation, the C-Form login page itself points you to it.
The credentials are issued per property, not per person. From the login page, "Sign Up (Register)" opens the registration menu, which splits into two paths:
Registration is not instant: the form you submit goes to the FRRO/FRO for approval — the portal's own menu offers an "Edit" option specifically "for Correction of User Registration Form before the Approval of FRRO/FRO". So register before you need it, not the evening a foreign guest arrives with a 24-hour clock already running.
If you run more than one property, expect more than one registration: each accommodation is its own FRRO registration with its own login, and a filing made under the wrong property's account is a mis-filing, not a shortcut.
If none of that is it, the credentials themselves are a matter between you and your FRRO — no software company, ours included, can reset or reissue them.
Logging in is the easy part. The form behind it asks for the guest's details across sections A to G — passport number, visa number and type, dates and places of issue, arrival details, your accommodation's address — plus a photograph of the guest that the portal only accepts under 50 KB (our free photo compressor exists because almost no phone photo is). Typed by hand at a front desk, that is routinely 15–25 minutes per guest, done against the 24-hour deadline that started when the guest walked in.
Whichever way you file, keep the acknowledgement number the portal returns. It is the only artefact that proves a filing was accepted, and the thing an inspection asks for — see what the law says about not filing. And remember who this is for: every foreign guest, where Indian citizens are exempt but OCI and PIO cardholders are not — a card is not citizenship.
Your portal login stays yours — our Chrome extension works inside the session you signed in to, and we never see, store or ask for your FRRO credentials. What changes is the typing: your guest fills in their own details on their phone before they arrive (in their own language, uploading their own passport scan), and at the desk the extension fills the portal's form from that check-in in one click. You review, submit, and the acknowledgement number is recorded against the guest automatically. The 15–25 minutes becomes a few seconds of checking — priced per check-in, no subscription. The setup, for individual houses and hotels both, is in how to fit C Form Plus into your check-in workflow.
This page is general information, not legal advice, and portal screens change without notice — the portal's own pages govern. C Form Plus is not affiliated with the FRRO, the Bureau of Immigration or any government body. The obligation to register foreign guests is yours as the accommodation provider; if you are unsure how it applies to your property, take proper advice.
Your guests fill in their own details before they arrive. Your desk files them to the FRRO portal in one click.
